Easy Teriyaki Tuna Stir-Fry

Keep your tastebuds happy with this sweet and savory tuna stir-fry recipe. This Easy Teriyaki Tuna Stir-Fry features an addicting stir-fry sauce, Solid White Albacore Tuna, and is a great way to make eating healthy taste great. Pro Tip: Since the sauce is so tasty, toss in any of your favorite seasonal veggies to make this a go-to recipe at any time of the year.

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4 servings


1 5-oz. can of Solid White Albacore Tuna
2 cups of cooked rice
2 tablespoons of olive oil, vegetable oil is fine as well
3 diced shallots
2-3 tablespoons of your favorite stir fry sauce, we recommend Tamari or Teriyaki
1 bunch of chopped broccolini
1 bunch of chopped swiss chard
1 large carrot, spiralized
1/4 cup of broccoli sprouts
1 teaspoon of salt & white pepper, to taste
1 lime, optional for garnish
2 teaspoons of honey, optional for garnish


Cook rice and set aside. In a large skillet or wok if you have one, cook the olive oil on medium-high until it’s shimmering. Toss in the shallots and albacore tuna. Cook for 3-5 minutes and stir occasionally.

Add in the sauce of your choice and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat the tuna and lightly caramelize. Add in broccolini and swiss chard. Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in the carrots and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in the broccoli sprouts last and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Remove from heat and squeeze lime juice over to garnish if desired. Serve over rice and drizzle honey over top as a garnish as well. Enjoy!
