Spicy Thai Tuna Rolls
No sushi chef required for this recipe! These sushi rolls are deliciously easy to prepare and impressive to serve. Combine just a few simple ingredients like carrots, cucumber, rice and spicy thai tuna for a meal that even sushi connoisseurs will rave about!

Servings: Makes 12 - Serves 2
1 – 4 oz can Bumble Bee Sensations® Spicy Thai Tuna Seasoned Tuna Medley, undrained 2 cups cooked hot sushi rice
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 sheets (7 ½ x 8 inches) nori (dried seaweed)
½ small cucumber, seeded and sliced (1/8 x 2 inches)
1 medium carrot, sliced (1/8 x 2 inches)
½ cup daikon sprouts
Serve with wasabi mayonnaise and sushi ginger (available at Asian specialty markets)
In a bowl, mix rice with vinegar. Set aside. Place a sheet of nori shiny side down and spread some rice over nori. As desired, place tuna, cucumber, carrot, and daikon on top of rice along edge. Fold edge of nori sheet over filling, pressing firmly to start a tight compact roll. Roll to close. Slice roll into 6 pieces. Arrange on plate and garnish with wasabi mayonnaise and sushi ginger. Repeat with 2nd sheet. Serves 2.
