This Slow Cooker San Francisco Tuna Soup Recipe, made with Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore in Water and Snow’s® by Bumble Bee® Chopped Clams, is packed with protein and nutrients. Put all the ingredients in your slow-cooker in the morning and come home to a delicious smelling house and tasty tuna soup.

Ingredients

3 cans (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore in water, drained
1 can (6.5 oz) of SNOW’S® By Bumble Bee® Chopped Clams, drained
4 cans (4 oz) of Bumble Bee® Regular Medium Shrimp, drained
2 cans (6 oz) of Bumble Bee® Lump Crabmeat, drained
1 can (15 oz) of diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons of basil
1 tablespoon of parsley
1 bay leaf
2 garlic cloves minced
1 can (6 oz) of tomato paste
2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning
1 diced red pepper
1 teaspoon of granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
2 red onions chopped
2 ½ cups of seafood stock
4 stalks of celery diced
Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

Combine all ingredients except seafood in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours.

Add seafood to soup and cook for another 10-25 minutes on low.

Season with salt and pepper and serve.
