Savory Tuna And Zucchini Casserole

Ingredients:

2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked
3 cups cooked spiral pasta
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 ½ cups coarsely shredded fresh zucchini
1 cup diced celery
½ cup chopped onion
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups low-fat milk
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup soft fresh bread crumbs
1/8 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons margarine

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.   Prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside.  Sautee zucchini, celery and onion in vegetable oil for 2 -3 minutes.  Stir in flour and cook on low stirring contantly for 2 minutes.   Blend in milk, 1/2 cup cheese, parsley, salt and dill weed.  Cook stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils.  Add tuna and pasta, mix well.  Pour mixture into prepared casserole dish.  For topping: combine bread crumbs, 1/4 cup cheese and 2 tablespoons margarine.  Top tuna casserole with crumb mixture and sprinkle with paprika.  Bake in oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
