Salmon and Vegetable Frittata
An easy frittata full of flavor and color to enjoy!

1 can or pouch (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Pink Salmon, drained and flaked
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup thinly sliced green pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
8 large raw eggs
1/2 cup milk
Melt butter in large non-stick fry pan. Add mushrooms, celery, green onions, green pepper, garlic, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Saute until tender crisp. Beat eggs and milk together and pour over vegetables in pan. Arrange salmon over top. Cover and cook over medium heat until eggs are set.
