Tuna Avocado Wrap

This avocado tuna wrap recipe combines convenience, taste, and healthy ingredients so you don’t have to choose between a balanced meal and a quick meal. Made with Bumble Bee® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water these wraps are ready to enjoy in 15 minutes or less.

Servings: 4 wraps


2 (5-oz) cans of Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons of Sriracha
2 tablespoons of chopped red onion
3 tablespoons of chopped celery
2 chopped green onions
1 avocado
1 cup of julienned carrots
2 cups of lettuce
4 wheat tortillas
1 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste


Drain the Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water. Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Combine the avocado and tuna in a bowl mashing together. Once the tuna and avocado are combined – mix in the Dijon mustard, cilantro, Sriracha, red onion, celery and green onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Put together the wraps by laying the wheat tortilla flat. Then place roughly a half-cup of lettuce, and one-fourth cup of carrots to the tortilla. Split the tuna mixture into four even parts and add to the top of the carrots and lettuce. Roll the tortilla to complete your wrap. Slice in half and enjoy!
