Miso Salmon Pasta Toss



Imagine the flavors of your favorite miso soup glazed over tender chunks of premium salmon and smooth brown rice penne. This easy-to-make dish will surely impress with its beautiful colors and complex flavors.

Ingredients

1 can (5 oz) Prime Fillet® Atlantic Salmon, drained and flaked

4 ounces brown rice penne

2 teaspoons sweet white miso paste

2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce

1/4 cup warm water, divided

2 cups baby bok choy, roughly diced

2 tablespoons chopped chives

2 teaspoons sesame seeds


Directions

Cook pasta according to instructions. Stir miso into 2 tablespoons warm water until dissolved. Add sesame oil, garlic, and soy sauce and set aside. Heat remaining 2 tablespoons water over medium heat in a skillet and add bok choy, cooking just until wilted, about 2 minutes. Toss the bok choy and salmon with the pasta. Drizzle the miso mixture over the pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle with chives and sesame seeds.
