Ginger Soy Tuna Bowl

1 5 oz can Prime Fillet® Ginger, Soy & Olive Oil Albacore Tuna
1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
1 scallion, sliced
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 cup water
1 tsp sesame seeds, for garnish


Boil water and blanch carrots for 1 minute. Remove carrots from boiling water. Keep water boiling and add rice to water. Cook until done. Scoop rice into a bowl and top with Prime Fillet® Ginger, Soy & Olive Oil Albacore Tuna, carrots, and scallions. Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy!
