Ingredients

2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked
8 ounces dry thin spaghetti or linguine
8 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup low-fat milk
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ cup grated parmesan or Romano cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Directions

Prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside.  Sautee mushrooms and onion in vegetable oil for 3 minutes or until limp.  Stir in flour. Add chicken broth and milk stirring over medium heat until mixture thickens and bubbles.  Add tuna, paprika, salt and pepper; stir and cook for 2 more minutes or until heated through. Pour mixture over pasta and top with cheese and parsley.
