Crunchy Asian Salmon Salad Wrap



This fun, flavorful, and crunchy take on traditional salmon salad uses Asian inspired flavors to create a light dressing for the salmon and veggies. Like tiny pieces of confetti, carrots, celery, and red onion decorate this salad, which gets all wrapped up in a whole grain tortilla.

Ingredients

1 can (5 oz) Prime Fillet® Atlantic Salmon, drained and flaked
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons grainy mustard
2 teaspoons rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons diced carrot
2 tablespoons diced red onion
2 tablespoons diced celery
2 (10 inch) whole grain tortillas
4 slices tomato
1/2 cup thinly sliced cabbage


Directions

Whisk oil, mustard, vinegar, garlic, and black pepper together in a medium bowl. Stir in salmon until it has soaked up the dressing. Gently stir in carrot and celery. Place half the salmon mixture onto the center of 2 tortillas. Top each with 2 slices tomato, 1/4 cup cabbage, and remaining slice of bread.
