2 cans (6 oz.) Bumble Bee® Lump Crabmeat, drained
¼ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped celery
2 slices of bread broken into chunks
1 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten
Preheat oven to 375°F. In medium bowl, combine crab, onion, celery, bread, thyme, melted butter and eggs. Gently mix ingredients and pour into prepared 1 quart casserole dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 3 cups of stuffing.
