Caprese Tuna Flatbread

1 5-oz. can of Solid White Albacore Tuna, drained
1 piece of flatbread or naan
2 diced roma tomatoes
¼ cup of finely diced red onion
½ cup of fresh mozzarella cheese, or use mozzarella pearls as an alternative
3 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette
½ tablespoon olive oil, we recommend extra virgin
3 basil leaves, chiffonade or sliced into thin strips


Start preparing by reheating your oven to 425 degrees. Mix together onions, tomatoes, tuna, olive oil, and balsamic vinaigrette in a large bowl. Let it soak up the flavors for 5 minutes.

Spread the marinated tuna mixture across the flatbread evenly . Leave the excess dressing in the bowl so that the flatbread doesn’t get soggy. Layer the mozzarella on top of the flatbread and place onto a baking sheet.

Bake the flatbread for 10-12 minutes until the cheese melts and the flatbread is golden brown on the edges. Take the flatbread out of the oven and garnish with thin basil strips. Slice and enjoy!
