DILL GARLIC TUNA CAKES

Ingredients

1 can (5 oz) Solid White Albacore in Water

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tablespoon finely chopped dill

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1 large egg

2 tablespoons olive oil


Directions

In a mixing bowl, stir together the tuna, garlic, dill, breadcrumbs and egg until well-combined. Form into four patties. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet set over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the tuna cakes and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Serve immediately with salad.
