Tuna Salad, Brie, and Pear on Whole Wheat Baguette

This is not your typical tuna salad sandwich! Pears add the perfect sweetness and complement to creamy brie and tuna with a creamy tarragon dressing. A match made it picnic heaven.

Servings: Serves 2


2 cans (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained and flaked
1/2 cup fennel bulb, finely diced
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, finely diced
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons 2% plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 6"ԝ whole wheat baguettes
2 ounces brie cheese, cut into slices
1 small pear, not too ripe, sliced thinly top to bottom
1 cup watercress
Dash pepper


Combine tuna, fennel, tarragon, mayonnaise, yogurt, and mustard in a mixing bowl and stir gently to combine. Toast the baguettes, then slice horizontally and layer cheese, pear, and tuna salad inside the rolls; top each with watercress and sprinkle on pepper.
