2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked 1 small garlic clove, minced 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichokes, drained and chopped ¼ cup roasted red bell pepper (bottled), diced 2 tablespoons diced green onion 1 teaspoon chopped Italian parsley 1 cup Kalamata olives pitted, drained and diced 4 (6 inch) ciabatta rolls or other crusty rolls Garnish with fresh Italian parsley leavesDirections:
Combine tuna, garlic, lemon, mayonnaise, artichokes, red bell peppers, green onion and Italian parsley. Stir well and set aside. Cut each roll lengthwise.
