Crispy Salmon And Cream Cheese Wontons
Crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside, these wontons look deceptively unassuming but they pack a delightful flavor that is sure to please everyone. With just a few ingredients like wontons sheets, cream cheese, mild salmon and fresh cilantro, this dish is quick and easy to prepare and fun to serve!

Ingredients:1 can (5 oz.) Bumble Bee ® Skinless and Boneless Pink Salmon, drained and flaked
12 (3.5”) square wonton wrappers
½ cup whipped cream cheese
½ teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 large fresh eggs, beaten (egg wash for sealing wontons)
Vegetable oil for frying
SALMON FILLING
1 can Bumble Bee® Skinless and Boneless Pink Salmon, drained
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon lightly chopped cilantro

Combine cream cheese, curry powder and cilantro; stir until well blended. Add salmon to cream cheese mixture and fold in gently to maintain large salmon flakes. Spoon mixture in center of each wrapper and fold to form triangles. Brush edges with egg and press to form seal. Fry in vegetable oil 2 – 3 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. Place on paper towel to drain. Makes 12.
