Running Playlist

People always ask me what my number one tip is for staying motivated. And while we have touched a little on the various ways to get and stay motivated, I think one of the biggest factors is music.  Recent studies have shown that listening to fast pace music pushes you to go faster, and further, than you would have otherwise. While I was thinking about putting together our first “Bee Well For Life Playlist” I thought it would be so much fun to turn to Twitter and let you all contribute.  Now we have an awesome, eclectic playlist of over 30 minutes of music!
