Running means something different for every person. Some don’t like the competitive side at all and prefer to practice this sport as stress relief. Others know which shoes to wear, food to eat and hours to sleep in order to have the best stride.

Whichever way you started out, there is more than one way to run. Instead of doing your predictable 5k local run, have a look at some other creative race options.

We have all had those days where everything just seems to happen at once. Your to-do list is never-ending and your energy levels are screaming ‘battery low’. There is no way that you are going to get to all your housework done as well as have me-time at the gym.

Don’t despair! Multi-tasking is our forte, so why not change your cleaning regimen into a killer workout routine?

When people think of working out outdoors, they tend to think of running, walking, or biking; however, there are tons of other creative ways you can take your workout outdoors! I turned to the fitness blogosphere to find out how some of my favorite bloggers were taking advantage of the spring weather.

When you exercise indoors you don’t have to worry about things such as safety, location and the weather, but you also don’t reap the fresh-aired benefits of the variety of exercises you can embark on outside. With outdoor exercises you might have a lot of flexibility, but you might struggle to form a particular workout-plan with no machines or guidance.
