INGREDIENTS:
2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 medium yellow or red bell pepper, julienned
8 cups mixed salad greens or chopped romaine
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
2/3 cup Italian salad dressing
½ cup gold fish shaped crackers
DIRECTIONS:

Arrange salad greens on plates and top with tuna, lemon, bell pepper and tomatoes.  Serve with Italian dressing and gold fish crackers as croutons.
