INGREDIENTS:
| 2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked |
|
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
|
1 medium yellow or red bell pepper, julienned |
|
8 cups mixed salad greens or chopped romaine |
|
10 cherry tomatoes, halved |
|
2/3 cup Italian salad dressing |
|
½ cup gold fish shaped crackers |
|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS:
Arrange salad greens on plates and top with tuna, lemon, bell pepper and tomatoes. Serve with Italian dressing and gold fish crackers as croutons. |
