INGREDIENTS:
| 2 cans or pouches (5 oz) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked |
|
10 cherry tomatoes, quartered |
|
1 cup diced cucumber |
|
1/3 cup Kalamata olives pitted, drained and diced |
|
3 ounces feta cheese, crumbled |
|
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
|
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper |
|
1/8 teaspoon salt |
|
4 pita bread halves |
|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS:
| Combine or toss together tuna, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, cheese, olive oil, pepper and salt. Serve as salad or in pita bread. |
