Servings: Serves 4  Course: Salads  Prep/Cook time: 15-20 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
2 cans or pouches (5 oz each) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked
1 – 6 oz bag fresh spinach leaves
10 mushrooms, washed and sliced
½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
½ cup vinaigrette salad dressing
1 boiled egg, wedged
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, onion, tomato, avocado, tuna and dressing.  Toss gently, top with egg.  
Nutrition Information: For one serving (352g) - approximately 3 cups Calories 300 (150 from Fat), Fat 17g (Saturated 3g), Trans Fat 0g, Cholesterol 85mg, Sodium 780mg, Total Carbohydrate 18g, Fiber 6g, Sugars 8g, Protein 23g.
