INGREDIENTS:
| 2 cans or pouches (5 oz each) Bumble Bee® Tuna, drained and flaked |
|
1 – 6 oz bag fresh spinach leaves |
|
10 mushrooms, washed and sliced |
|
½ medium red onion, thinly sliced |
|
4 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced |
|
1 avocado, peeled and sliced |
|
½ cup vinaigrette salad dressing |
|
1 boiled egg, wedged |
|
|
|
|
|
|
DIRECTIONS:
| In a large bowl, combine spinach, mushrooms, onion, tomato, avocado, tuna and dressing. Toss gently, top with egg. |
