HIIT workouts alternate between intense bursts of exercise and less intense periods of recovery. When completed correctly, these workouts improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase your overall fat burn, and boost your metabolism.
The following holiday-themed HIIT workout is as effective as it is fun. Work your way through each “heart” to complete one circuit and then start all over again. For each move, use an all-out effort for 30 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest.
