Alaska Cod in Miso Broth with Udon Noodles: Frozen seafood doesn’t need to be thawed before cooking and we love that this recipe from the Alaska Seafood website is so straightforward. The miso broth is surprisingly simple too, but the end result is one that will definitely impress everyone at the dinner table. Serve with a big green salad to round out the meal.

This particular recipe is rich with a wide variety of flavors and textures. It doesn’t look or taste like it takes less than 15 minutes to whip up (it does!)

They’re also great to serve family-style, with a platter of fish, tortillas, shredded veggies, and a bowl of salsa, so everyone can build their own tacos.
