I’ve been listening to several podcasts for years but I’ve only recently started paying attention to “health and fitness” podcasts and, let me tell you, I was seriously missing out. There’s just something about being able to press “play” to instantly receive motivation. From amazing fitness tips to insightful reminders to live in the moment, it seems like I can always find a podcast telling me exactly what I need to hear at any given time. The best part is they are readily available – and usually totally free – to use whenever I want. The best podcasts are like attending a great conference, except that the conference can take place in your car, on your couch, on your long run, or at the gym.
