Full Body Burnout Workout

I don’t always feel like going to the gym. It can be crowded and it’s easy to feel self-conscious with everyone around you. It’s definitely helpful to have access to the equipment and the helpful staff that gyms have to offer, but it’s not always necessary to get in a great workout. I love being able to create an at-home workout that requires no equipment or machines (except your body!) that you can do anywhere. I work out at home often, so you can find more on my Exercise Entries page on my blog.

Today, I created a full body workout just for the awesome BeeWell for Life community. It’s a great routine that you can do in your house or at a local park. You can even take this workout with you on vacation, where you may not have access to other forms of exercise. This could be used as a quick sweat-session to start off your day and you can be confident that you treated your body right with a great workout. This workout targets all the major muscle groups and will work your entire body. I didn’t neglect cardio work, either! Just when you think your muscles will get a break, it’s time to put them through the final wringer with the cardio. Oh, and then repeat it all again…two more times.

Get ready to feel the burn!
